Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every harvest you receive from KrishiKonnect. As we deal in fresh, perishable organic products, the following return and refund terms apply.

1. Freshness Guarantee

If your products arrive damaged, spoiled or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

2. How to Raise a Request

  • Go to My Orders and select the affected order.
  • Share a photo of the products and a short description of the issue.
  • Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of fresh products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been partially used, stored improperly, or reported after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-Delivery refunds are issued as wallet credit or bank transfer.

5. Subscription Baskets

You can pause or cancel a subscription any time before the next delivery date. Already-dispatched baskets cannot be cancelled but remain covered by our freshness guarantee.
