1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Farmers, vendors, logistics providers and other partners must provide accurate registration details, including a valid 10-digit phone number.

2. Accounts & Roles

KrishiKonnect supports multiple roles — farmers, vendors, consumers, logistics providers, collection centers, government departments and soil labs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Marketplace Conduct

• Farmers must list genuine, accurately described products.
• Buyers must honour confirmed orders and payment commitments.
• Fraudulent, misleading or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through our supported payment partners. Prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm an order.

5. Traceability & Quality

We provide batch-level traceability to promote transparency. While we verify our farmers, KrishiKonnect acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.

6. Limitation of Liability

KrishiKonnect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
